توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يجمعها بيجر اب (Pager App)، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها.
1. البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات المشترك (صاحب المنشأة): الاسم، اسم المنشأة ونوع نشاطها، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور (نحفظها مشفّرة ولا يمكننا قراءتها).
- بيانات التشغيل: أرقام الطلبات وأوقات إنشائها وجهوزها واستلامها، وإعدادات المنشأة كالشعار والألوان ورابط خرائط Google، وحسابات الموظفين.
- عملاء المنشأة: لا نطلب من عميل المطعم أي اسم أو رقم أو تسجيل. إن سمح بالإشعارات، نحفظ رمز اشتراك الإشعارات الذي يصدره متصفحه فقط، لإرسال تنبيه جهوز الطلب إليه.
- نموذج التواصل: الاسم واسم المنشأة ورقم الجوال والرسالة التي ترسلها لنا.
- بيانات الدفع: يعالجها Lemon Squeezy بصفته البائع المسجّل، ولا تصل إلينا بيانات بطاقتك.
2. كيف نستخدمها
- تشغيل الخدمة وتسجيل الدخول وإرسال تنبيهات الطلبات.
- عرض التحليلات لصاحب المنشأة.
- إرسال رسائل الخدمة كالترحيب واستعادة كلمة المرور وتذكير التجديد.
- الرد على استفساراتك.
لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدم أدوات إعلانية أو أدوات تتبّع لسلوك الزوار.
3. ملفات تعريف الارتباط (الكوكيز)
نستخدم كوكي واحداً ضرورياً لإبقائك مسجّلاً في لوحة التحكم، ونحفظ اختيار اللغة في متصفحك.
القياس: في صفحات الموقع التعريفية وصفحة الاشتراك فقط، يعمل قياس الزيارات عبر Google Analytics افتراضياً لنعرف كيف يصل الزوار إلينا وكم منهم يشترك. نجمع بيانات الزيارة (الصفحات المفتوحة، نوع الجهاز والمتصفح، المصدر الذي جئت منه، والبلد التقريبي) ومعرّفاً عشوائياً في ملف ارتباط، ولا نجمع اسمك أو بريدك أو رقم جوالك. يمكنك الرفض في أي وقت بالضغط على «رفض» في الشريط السفلي أو من رابط «إعدادات الخصوصية» أسفل الصفحة، فيتوقف القياس ولا تُحفظ ملفات ارتباط تحليلية. لا نستخدمه في صفحة تتبع الطلب ولا في لوحة التحكم، ولا نستخدم ملفات ارتباط إعلانية.
4. مزوّدو الخدمة
- Lemon Squeezy: معالجة الدفع والاشتراكات.
- Resend: إرسال رسائل البريد الإلكتروني الخاصة بالخدمة.
- Hetzner: استضافة الخوادم وقاعدة البيانات.
- خدمات إشعارات المتصفح (مثل Google وApple وMozilla): لإيصال تنبيه جهوز الطلب لجوال العميل.
- Google Analytics: قياس زيارات صفحات الموقع التعريفية بعد موافقة الزائر.
5. الحماية والاحتفاظ
نستخدم اتصالاً مشفّراً (HTTPS)، ونحفظ كلمات المرور مشفّرة، ونقيّد الوصول للبيانات. نحتفظ ببيانات حسابك طوال مدة اشتراكك، ونحذفها عند طلبك بعد انتهائه، باستثناء ما يلزم الاحتفاظ به نظاماً.

يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها في أي وقت بمراسلتنا على hello@pager-app.com.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Pager App collects, and how we use and protect it.
1. Data we collect
- Subscriber (business owner) data: name, business name and type, mobile number, email address, and password (stored hashed; we cannot read it).
- Operational data: order numbers and their created, ready and collected times; business settings such as logo, colors and Google Maps link; and staff accounts.
- The business's customers: we don't ask diners for a name, number or signup. If they allow notifications, we store only the push-subscription token their browser issues, to send them the "order ready" alert.
- Contact form: the name, business name, mobile number and message you send us.
- Payment data: processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Your card details never reach us.
2. How we use it
- To run the service, sign you in and send order alerts.
- To show analytics to the business owner.
- To send service emails such as welcome, password reset and renewal reminders.
- To reply to your enquiries.
We don't sell your data, and we don't use advertising or visitor-tracking tools.
3. Cookies
We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in to the dashboard, and store your language choice in your browser.
Measurement: on our marketing pages and the subscription page only, visit measurement through Google Analytics is on by default, so we can understand how visitors find us and how many subscribe. We collect visit data (pages viewed, device and browser type, the source you came from and your approximate country) and a random identifier in a cookie; we do not collect your name, email or phone number. You can decline at any time with “Decline” in the bottom bar or from the “Privacy settings” link at the bottom of the page, after which measurement stops and no analytics cookies are stored. We do not use it on the order-tracking page or in the dashboard, and we use no advertising cookies.
4. Service providers
- Lemon Squeezy: payments and subscriptions.
- Resend: sending service emails.
- Hetzner: server and database hosting.
- Browser push services (such as Google, Apple and Mozilla): delivering the order-ready alert to the customer's phone.
- Google Analytics: measuring visits to our marketing pages, after the visitor agrees.
5. Security and retention
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), store passwords hashed, and restrict access to data. We keep your account data for as long as you're subscribed, and delete it on request after that, except where we're legally required to keep it.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by emailing hello@pager-app.com.

We may update this policy and will publish any update on this page with its date.
